Our family spent 5 days touring Florence with Elena, and it couldn’t have been a better experience!! From the Duomo to Uffizi Gallery to Pitti Palace, to the secret garden and all the hidden spots in between, she made Florence come alive! There was no question we asked that she couldn’t answer. All of this in addition to just being a warm, wonderful person to be with. Her zeal and passion for all things Florence was engaging and educational. We honestly cannot say enough good things about her and will be recommending her to anyone visiting the area. We feel like we have a friend for life!

Three years later, we still rave to others about Elena and the magical tour of Florence she led us through. Her love of the city is genuine and warm and her knowledge of the artisans, the culture and the history are extraordinary and approachable. We can capture our experience with Elena best when we say “She gave us Florence”. We miss you Elena and we will be back ❤️.

Elena is the rare guide who immediately puts you at ease, but is also deeply knowledgable about her city. We enjoyed three hours exploring a taster of Florence and I'm happy to say that she was flexible enough to accommodate our family's various interests across a variety of topics. We'd highly recommend Elena for families looking for a more sophisticated and intellectual tour than they might otherwise find elsewhere.

Elena is the perfect guide! She is warm, delightful, and endlessly knowledgeable about her hometown of Florence. Elena led us on a walking tour around the Duomo area and to the west, pointing out all kinds of “secret” areas we would have totally missed on our own. She showed us everything from tiny medieval streets, to the oldest church in Florence, to a Renaissance fresco in a building now used as a Public Library, to artisan shops with centuries old traditions. And, everywhere we went, Elena knew and greeted people! After three hours, we felt like we were with a good friend.

If we ever return to Florence, Elena will be our choice as a guide.

Fulceri. She is personable, high capable and a font of knowledge about an Italian must see city. From the secret Garden with a View (and what a view!) to the Uffizi Gallery she really knows her "backyard." You will learn so much!

Ila picked us up at our Hotel and we were first in line to climb the Florence dome. She was a great guide, helping us understand the art in the Dome, and being patient with my 75 year old father as we climbed all those stairs. She also took us to the baptistry and the museum and showed us the highlights there (FYI, ask to see her name on the wall as you enter the museum; she's legit!). And Elena was super helpful scheduling everything and helping me buy the right entry passes.

We just spent two wonderful afternoons with Elena exploring Florence. Cannot begin to tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed our time with her.! She is so knowledgeable about many Florence details…..and fun to be with! Her enthusiasm for the history of Florence is contagious! And the details she will tell you…wonderful! Highly recommend her for touring Florence. We will be back! Thanks Elena!

Elena is a fantastic tour guide. She is great at communicating and keeping in touch before the planned tour. She arrived early to stand in line for us to tour the duomo. Her knowledge and explanation of history was incredible. If you need a tour guide for the Florence area, she’s the one!

I can’t imagine visiting Florence without having Elena and her wonderful team as our guides! They made our visit the perfect holiday and we would have been lost without them! They are all delightful and so knowledgeable! Elena was fantastic with helping me plan our visit and buying all the necessary tickets… I could never have done it on my own!
